About the Programme

The Youth Employment Service (YES) is a national initiative led by the Presidency to tackle youth unemployment in South Africa. Eskom is offering young people the opportunity to gain valuable work experience within the energy sector.

Successful candidates will be placed across Eskom operations and gain exposure to real workplace environments.

Minimum Requirements

Must be a South African Citizen
Aged between 18 – 34 years
Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent

Additional Requirements

Must not have been permanently employed for more than 1 year
Must not be studying full-time during the programme
Must not have participated in the YES programme before
Must be willing to undergo a recruitment process
