Purpose of the Role
To test, maintain, and improve mechanical and electro-mechanical equipment to ensure optimal plant performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
Technical & Operations
- Test and modify mechanical/electro-mechanical equipment
- Perform data collection, processing, and reporting
- Develop technical solutions using practical and theoretical knowledge
Planning & Performance
- Plan, organise, and manage own work
- Meet quality, cost, and deadline targets
- Manage schedules and communicate delays
Cost & Resource Management
- Work cost-consciously and control budgets
- Optimise resource utilisation
- Implement cost-effective solutions
Safety & Compliance
- Apply safe work practices at all times
- Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
- Support safe project planning and execution
Teamwork & Communication

Minimum Requirements
- National Diploma / BEng Tech / BTech in Mechanical Engineering
Experience Required
- Minimum 1+ year relevant experience
- Exposure to plant, industrial, or engineering environments
