 Role Purpose

To provide technical support across systems, networks, and applications while ensuring smooth IT operations, system performance, and successful ERP/WMS/TMS integration.

 Key Responsibilities

 IT Support & Troubleshooting

  • Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Troubleshoot Windows OS, applications, and connectivity problems
  • Support users with system processes and training

 Systems & Network Support

  • Manage LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN connectivity
  • Support ERP/WMS/TMS systems and integrations
  • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements

 User Access & Security

  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and profiles
  • Handle password resets and access control
  • Maintain digital assets with finance

 Data & Reporting

  • Use Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Support decision-making with data insights
  • Assist with month-end IT-related processes

 Projects & Improvements

  • Support IT projects (rollouts, upgrades, migrations)
  • Assist in ERP/WMS implementation phases
  • Work with developers and service providers

 Budget & Operations

  • Monitor IT budget and track spending
  • Ensure cost-effective IT operations
  • Improve efficiency across departments

 Minimum Requirements

  • Matric
  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology (or related field)
  • Certifications (advantageous)

 Experience Required

  • 5–8 years IT support / helpdesk experience
  • Strong experience with:
    • Windows OS
    • Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
    • Networking fundamentals
    • ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Freshdesk)
