 Role Purpose

To safely operate a reach truck and maintain stock levels through accurate picking, replenishment, and scanning in line with warehouse procedures.

 Key Responsibilities

 Warehouse Operations

• Pick and replenish stock in bulk and picking locations
• Follow system-generated instructions via scanners
• Maintain productivity targets during each cycle

 Equipment Operation

• Operate reach truck safely and efficiently
• Perform daily inspections before and after shifts
• Complete equipment checklists and damage reports

 Compliance & Safety

• Follow SOPs and company procedures
• Maintain housekeeping in the work area
• Adhere to health & safety standards at all times

 Systems & Accuracy

• Use scanners correctly and in sequence
• Ensure accurate stock movement and tracking
• Follow all operational workflows

 Minimum Requirements

• Matric (with English & Mathematics)
• Accredited Reach Truck Driver License

 Experience Required

• Minimum 2 years warehouse experience
• Experience operating reach trucks in a logistics environment
