 Purpose of the Role

To manage customer interactions, process orders, and ensure timely resolution of queries while delivering excellent service and maintaining strong client relationships.

 Key Responsibilities

 Order Management

  • Process and verify customer orders (local & export)
  • Ensure accurate pricing, delivery dates, and confirmations
  • Maintain order bank and ensure data accuracy

 Customer Support

  • Respond to customer queries and complaints
  • Provide order tracking and delivery updates
  • Resolve issues promptly and professionally

 Operations & Process Improvement

  • Evaluate and improve customer service processes
  • Perform order clean-ups and ensure timely execution
  • Contribute to efficient contact centre operations

 Collaboration

  • Work with internal teams (logistics, manufacturing, finance, etc.)
  • Provide backup support to team members
  • Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders

 Problem Solving

  • Investigate recurring issues
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA)
  • Recommend corrective actions

 Minimum Requirements

  • High School Diploma / Matric

 Experience Required

  • Minimum 6+ years relevant experience
  • Customer service / order management / corporate environment experience
