You will support maintenance teams, improve equipment reliability, and apply technical expertise to optimise plant performance.

 Key Responsibilities

• Manage statutory compliance and risk assessments
• Develop and improve maintenance strategies (RCM)
• Support shutdown planning and execution
• Troubleshoot mechanical systems and resolve faults
• Improve equipment reliability (MTBF)
• Perform fault tree analysis on complex equipment
• Work with pumps, vibration analysis, and tribology basics
• Participate in HAZOP, PHA, and SIL processes
• Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
• Ensure safety standards are applied in all tasks

 Minimum Requirements

Education:

• Matric (English, Mathematics, Physical Science)
• National Diploma / BTech / BEng Tech (Mechanical)

Experience:

• At least 1+ year relevant experience
