Sasol is a global integrated chemicals and energy company with over 75 years of innovation. They are seeking a highly skilled Manager: Budget, Forecasting & Scenario Analysis to join their Finance Southern Africa team.

This role focuses on delivering strategic financial insights, enabling informed decision-making, and driving business performance through advanced financial planning and analysis.

 Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning processes
• Develop KPIs and performance dashboards
• Conduct financial modelling and variance analysis
• Deliver monthly and rolling forecasts
• Analyse economic trends and their impact on business performance
• Support strategic decision-making with data-driven insights
• Manage financial reporting systems (Onestream & 4sight)
• Ensure compliance with financial controls and SOX requirements
• Prepare executive-level financial reports and presentations
• Drive team performance and development

 Minimum Requirements

Education:

• Relevant 3–4 year university degree (Finance, Accounting, or similar)

Experience:

• Minimum 9 years relevant experience in finance or FP&A
