 Purpose of the Role

The Senior Process Technician provides technical support to production teams, focusing on fault finding, process optimization, and implementing improvements. The role balances problem-solving with proactive system enhancements to ensure efficient and reliable operations.

 Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical input to production, maintenance, and capital project teams
• Identify and resolve process deviations (OWAP)
• Support reliability and work management goals
• Lead and manage MOC (Management of Change) processes
• Drive deviation tracking using K2 systems
• Capture and analyze data on asset reliability and performance
• Improve maintenance and inspection strategies
• Review operating and commissioning procedures
• Solve operational issues efficiently
• Build strong working relationships across teams
• Develop technical proposals and improvement solutions
• Manage and report on own work performance

 Minimum Requirements

Qualifications:

• Engineering National Diploma / BTech / Advanced Diploma

Experience:

• Minimum 5+ years in a technical/process role
• Senior Technician or Technician II experience advantageous
