You will play a critical role in protecting people, property, and assets while ensuring compliance with security procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Protection & Safety
- Safeguard employees, visitors, and assets
- Maintain a safe and secure environment
Access Control
- Monitor entry and exit points
- Manage visitor access and traffic flow
Patrols & Surveillance
- Conduct regular patrols
- Monitor CCTV, alarms, and surveillance systems
Incident Response
- Respond to emergencies and security breaches
- Compile detailed incident reports
Compliance
- Enforce company policies and procedures
- Support emergency and safety protocols
Equipment Management
- Ensure all security equipment is functional
- Report faults or defects
Customer Service
- Maintain professional conduct
- Assist clients, staff, and visitors
Risk Monitoring
- Identify threats and suspicious behavior
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Valid PSIRA Certificate (Minimum Grade C)
- Previous security experience
- Knowledge of CCTV, alarms, and access control systems

- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving under pressure
- Professionalism and integrity
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Physically fit for patrol duties
- Good report writing skills
Advantageous
- Driver’s license
- Firearm competency (business purposes)
