 Main Purpose of the Job

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care within scope of practice
• Lead and coordinate nursing teams
• Ensure patient safety and quality outcomes
• Maintain accurate clinical records
• Support staff development and training

 Key Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care with a multi-disciplinary team
• Identify and manage risks to ensure patient safety
• Create a positive patient care environment
• Maintain accurate records of all nursing interventions
• Support and develop team competence
• Manage stock and equipment accurately

 Education Requirements

 Essential

• Diploma in General Nursing OR
• 4-year Nursing Diploma / Bachelor of Nursing

 Preferred

• Postgraduate Advanced Diploma in Midwifery
• Postgraduate Diploma in Nursing (e.g. Critical Care, Emergency Care, Theatre Nursing)

 Experience

• No minimum experience required (Entry-level friendly)

 Skills & Knowledge

• Basic Life Support (ACLS, ATLS, PALS for specialized wards)
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
• Nursing care planning
• Infection prevention and control
• Patient assessment skills
• Pharmacology knowledge
• Nursing legislation and compliance
• Risk identification and management
• Record keeping and documentation
