 About the Role

Eskom is seeking a qualified Artisan (Fitting & Turning) to support maintenance operations at Majuba Power Station. The role focuses on manufacturing, maintaining, and repairing plant equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.

 Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance
• Conduct on-the-job training
• Investigate recurring and unresolved defects
• Ensure equipment care and personal safety compliance
• Conduct quality control inspections
• Perform ad hoc maintenance tasks
• Attend operational and safety meetings

 Minimum Requirements

• Trade Certificate (Fitting & Turning or related)
• Technical experience, including:
  • Minimum 2 years apprenticeship training
