Job Purpose
Provide financial advice on a range of products while building strong client relationships and driving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Relationship Management
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Resolve client queries and issues
- Build long-term client relationships
Sales & Business Development
- Identify new sales opportunities
- Grow personal client network
- Represent the company at events
Customer Needs Analysis
- Conduct sales meetings and presentations
- Understand customer financial goals
- Recommend suitable financial solutions
CRM & Data Management
- Capture and manage client data
- Schedule follow-ups and maintain records
Market & Data Analysis
- Monitor sales trends and market opportunities
- Conduct research to support decision-making
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Valid driver’s license + own car
- FAIS compliant
- Clear criminal and credit record
- Minimum 3 years working experience (sales preferred)
- Computer literacy (MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
