 What You’ll Do

• Participate in structured learnership training
• Complete assessments and practical exercises
• Gain real workplace experience
• Develop firefighting and emergency response skills

 Available Positions

• 4 Positions – Secunda
• 8 Positions – Sasolburg

 Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric
• Mathematics / Maths Literacy / Technical Maths
• English
• Physical Science / Technical Science
• Valid Driver’s License (Code B or higher)

 Physical & Fitness Requirements

• Must pass firefighter fitness assessment
• Must pass stress & fear tests including:
  • Heights
  • Confined spaces
  • Fire exposure
  • Ladder climbing

 Who Can Apply?

• Ages 18 – 29 years
• Must live in Secunda or Sasolburg communities
