 Role Purpose

To maintain stock levels across picking, intermediate, and bulk locations by performing accurate picking and replenishment using system-generated instructions and scanners, while meeting operational targets.

 Key Responsibilities

• Follow company rules and Code of Conduct
• Maintain housekeeping standards in work areas
• Adhere to health and safety procedures
• Perform reach truck inspections at start and end of shifts
• Complete equipment checklists and damage reports
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Operate scanners accurately and in sequence
• Maintain productivity targets
• Carry out additional reasonable tasks as assigned

 Minimum Requirements

• Matric (with English and Mathematics)
• Minimum 2 years’ work experience
• Valid Reach Truck Driver’s License (Accredited)
• Experience using mole systems for shuttle racks

 Skills & Competencies

• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet targets and customer expectations
• Good attention to instructions and procedures
• Ability to work under pressure
• Adaptability and flexibility

 Language Requirements

• English (verbal and written)
