About the Role
SARS is looking for a highly skilled Operations Manager: Finance to join their dynamic and service-driven team. This role plays a key part in strengthening financial governance, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making across business units.
You will help drive financial excellence, accountability, and operational efficiency while contributing to the broader mission of protecting South Africa’s economy.
Job Purpose
To manage finance operations and deliver comprehensive financial solutions to business units, ensuring accurate reporting and meaningful insights for decision-making in line with PFMA and internal policies.
Minimum Requirements
Option 1:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Advanced Diploma (NQF 7) in Finance or related field
- 5–7 years’ experience in finance
- At least 1 year in a supervisory role
OR
Option 2:
- Matric (NQF 4)
- 10 years’ finance experience
- At least 1 year in a supervisory role
