 Job Overview

Eskom is seeking a qualified Officer ETDP (Boiler & Turbine) to provide and deliver technical and non-technical training. The role ensures employees are competent to perform effectively through structured learning, coaching, and development programs aligned with current and future business needs.

 Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training and facilitate technical workgroups
• Conduct training assessments and evaluations
• Apply modern training methodologies for effective learning transfer
• Manage end-to-end training administration
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and customers
• Support employee development and authorization processes

 Minimum Requirements

Qualifications (Technical)

• National Diploma (Technical) OR
• National Diploma in Power Plant Process Control Operations (NQF 5/6) OR
• National N Diploma with Trade Test

Qualifications (Non-Technical)

• National Diploma in ETDP / Educational Sciences / HR Management

All qualifications must be at NQF Level 6 (minimum 240 credits)

 Experience

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in technical training or plant operations
• OR relevant experience in education and training (non-technical)
