 Position Purpose

Transnet Freight Rail (TFR) invites unemployed South African graduates (ages 18–35) to apply for an 18-month internship programme.

This programme provides:

• Practical workplace experience
• Institutional knowledge + on-the-job training
• Exposure to real industry tasks
• Mentorship and skills development

 Ideal for TVET students who have completed theoretical studies and require workplace experience.

 Position Outputs

Successful candidates will gain work exposure in:

• Kilner Park operations

 Qualifications & Requirements

Required Documents

• Updated CV
• Certified copy of Grade 12 certificate
• Certified copy of Hospitality qualification / results
• Stamped letter requesting in-service training
• Proof of theory completion (from institution)
• Certified copy of South African ID
• Proof of residential address

Experience

• No prior work experience required

Citizenship

• Must be a South African citizen
