 About the Role

SAB / AB InBev is looking for an Internal Control Supply Specialist to strengthen internal control systems, improve compliance, and drive operational efficiency.

This role is ideal for candidates with a background in finance, auditing, risk management, or compliance who want to grow within a global FMCG leader.

 Key Purpose

To evaluate, develop, and enhance internal control processes by:
✔ Identifying risks
✔ Improving compliance systems
✔ Supporting operational efficiency across departments

 Key Responsibilities

 Risk & Compliance

• Identify risks using data analysis
• Develop and implement control measures
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and frameworks

 Controls & Process Improvement

• Assess internal control systems for weaknesses
• Analyse financial and operational data
• Recommend and implement improvements

 Testing & Validation

• Design and execute control testing procedures
• Document results and recommend corrective actions
• Monitor and track process improvements

 Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain internal control documentation
• Prepare reports for management and stakeholders

 Advisory & Training

• Train teams on internal controls and compliance
• Provide guidance to departments
• Collaborate with auditors and risk teams

 Minimum Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in:
  • Accounting
  • Finance
  • Business Administration
  • Or related field

Advantageous Certifications:

• CIA (Certified Internal Auditor)
• CA (Chartered Accountant)
• CIMA or similar

 Experience Required

• Minimum 3+ years experience in:
  • Internal controls
  • Auditing
  • Risk management
  • Compliance

Advantageous:

• Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOx)
• FMCG industry exposure

 Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
• Communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and proactive

Technical Skills:

• SAP
• Power BI
• SQL
• Microsoft Office
