- Minimum Education: Grade 12
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a truck/motor vehicle workshop environment (non-negotiable)
- Strong understanding of fleet maintenance and workshop operations
- Proven experience in spare parts stock control & supplier management
- Advanced computer skills:
- MS Word
- MS Excel (advanced preferred)
- MS PowerPoint
- Strong administrative, reporting & organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Must be available to start immediately

Key Responsibilities
- Manage stock control of spare parts and workshop equipment
- Oversee and report on workshop team performance
- Coordinate vehicle repairs and maintenance schedules
- Manage supplier relationships and sourcing
- Monitor turnaround times and workshop productivity
- Ensure compliance with cost controls, policies, and procedures
- Prepare management reports and presentations
