 Purpose of the Role

To provide efficient administrative support to an allocated team, ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations and improved organisational effectiveness.

 Key Responsibilities

 Office Administration

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and calendars
  • Organise meetings, take minutes, and maintain records
  • Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Maintain filing systems (manual & electronic)

 Communication & Coordination

  • Handle calls, emails, and internal/external communication
  • Assist visitors and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Liaise with departments and external stakeholders

 Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain records, reports, and office documentation
  • Capture and reconcile data for management reports
  • Process invoices and monitor departmental expenditure

 Travel & Event Coordination

  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and bookings
  • Organise internal and external meetings/events
  • Book venues and conference facilities

 Office Support

  • Manage office supplies and stationery stock
  • Perform filing, photocopying, and document handling
  • Ensure compliance with office procedures and SLAs

 Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 / N3 Certificate (with English)
  • Minimum 1+ year relevant experience in administration
  • Valid Driver’s Licence
