COOK (1-YEAR CONTRACT)
Location: Isiqalo Guesthouse

Salary: R122,890 per annum
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 10 Certificate
- NCV Level 4 in Hospitality & Catering OR Certificate in Cookery (advantageous)
- At least 1 year experience in hospitality or cookery
- Knowledge of kitchen operations
- Valid driver’s license (advantageous)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and cook meals according to recipes
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Manage food stock, freshness, and ordering
- Ensure food safety compliance
- Supervise kitchen assistants and interns
- Maintain quality, presentation, and portion consistency
- Assist with menu planning and improvements
