An exciting opportunity is available for an Admin & Accounts Clerk to join a busy finance department.
This role is ideal for candidates with clerical and accounting experience who want to build a stable career in finance and administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture and manage accounting data
- Process invoices, billing, and receivables
- Verify financial documents and resolve discrepancies
- Load driver-related payments (tolls, night-outs, etc.)
- Maintain insurance and financial records
- Distribute accounting reports
- Perform general administrative duties
Additional Duties
- Assist with calls, emails, and office admin
- Support drivers with trip-related funds (including standby duties)
- Ensure compliance with company policies and OHS regulations
- Perform any additional duties as required
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
- Basic mathematics and accounting understanding

- Strong attention to detail
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Good communication skills
- Assertiveness and professionalism
- Computer literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Knowledge of Pastel Accounting (advantage)
