An exciting opportunity is available for an Admin & Accounts Clerk to join a busy finance department.

This role is ideal for candidates with clerical and accounting experience who want to build a stable career in finance and administration.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Capture and manage accounting data
  • Process invoices, billing, and receivables
  • Verify financial documents and resolve discrepancies
  • Load driver-related payments (tolls, night-outs, etc.)
  • Maintain insurance and financial records
  • Distribute accounting reports
  • Perform general administrative duties

 Additional Duties

  • Assist with calls, emails, and office admin
  • Support drivers with trip-related funds (including standby duties)
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and OHS regulations
  • Perform any additional duties as required

 Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Basic mathematics and accounting understanding

  • Good communication skills
  • Assertiveness and professionalism
  • Computer literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of Pastel Accounting (advantage)
