Minimum Requirements
- Must be a South African Citizen
- Aged between 18 – 34 years
- Grade 12 / Matric or post-matric qualification/programme
Selection Criteria
- Must not have been permanently employed with one employer for more than 1 year
- Must not be studying full-time during the programme
- Must not have participated in the YES programme before
- Must be willing to undergo Eskom’s recruitment and placement process
