 Programme Purpose

To equip TVET students with real-world workplace exposure, helping them apply theoretical knowledge while developing professional and employability skills.

 Key Responsibilities

 Task Execution

  • Assist with administrative and departmental tasks
  • Support daily operational activities
  • Maintain records and documentation

 Learning & Development

  • Participate in training sessions and workshops
  • Attend mentorship programmes
  • Gain exposure to business processes

 Communication & Collaboration

  • Work with internal teams and stakeholders
  • Provide support and assist with queries
  • Build professional relationships

 Research & Reporting

  • Conduct basic research and data collection
  • Prepare reports and presentations using MS Office

 Compliance & Professional Conduct

  • Follow company policies and procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards

 Minimum Requirements

  • Matric Certificate
  • Must be a TVET student requiring Work Integrated Learning (WIL)
  • Must be a South African citizen
  • Age between 18 – 35 years
  • Must provide:
    • In-service training letter from institution
    • Certified ID & Matric certificate
    • Full academic record
  • No bursary obligations with another company
