Programme Purpose
To equip TVET students with real-world workplace exposure, helping them apply theoretical knowledge while developing professional and employability skills.
Key Responsibilities
Task Execution
- Assist with administrative and departmental tasks
- Support daily operational activities
- Maintain records and documentation
Learning & Development
- Participate in training sessions and workshops
- Attend mentorship programmes
- Gain exposure to business processes
Communication & Collaboration
- Work with internal teams and stakeholders
- Provide support and assist with queries
- Build professional relationships
Research & Reporting
- Conduct basic research and data collection
- Prepare reports and presentations using MS Office
Compliance & Professional Conduct
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards
Minimum Requirements
- Matric Certificate
- Must be a TVET student requiring Work Integrated Learning (WIL)
- Must be a South African citizen
- Age between 18 – 35 years
- Must provide:
- In-service training letter from institution
- Certified ID & Matric certificate
- Full academic record
- No bursary obligations with another company
