About the Role
Sasol is hiring Training Coordinators (People Living with a Disability) to support Learning & Development initiatives. This role focuses on coordinating training programmes, supporting learning delivery, and ensuring effective administration of training processes.
Purpose of the Job
To assist in identifying training needs and support the design, coordination, and delivery of Learning & Development programmes within the business unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify basic Learning & Development (L&D) needs
- Support training programme design and scheduling
- Coordinate training logistics and participant enrollment
- Assist in evaluating training effectiveness
- Maintain training schedules and records
- Provide administrative support to trainers
- Document feedback for continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with L&D processes and standards
Minimum Requirements
Education:
- Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent
Experience:
- Minimum 3+ years relevant experience
