Duties & Responsibilities
- Organise store operations and allocate duties
- Manage and monitor stock levels
- Receive and issue stock according to company procedures
- Conduct weekly stock takes
- Ensure proper storage in fridges, freezers, and storerooms
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards
- Manage ordering of food, beverages, and supplies
- Handle invoices and stock costing daily
- Build supplier and client relationships
- Minimise wastage and manage leftovers
- Ensure correct stock rotation and date marking
- Report stock shortages and product quality issues
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous)
- 2–5 years experience in storekeeping or stock control
- Computer literacy
