 Purpose of the Role

To develop and implement community affairs initiatives aligned with Sasol’s Corporate Social Investment (CSI) strategy, supporting both community development and business objectives.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure team focus on key priorities, quality standards, and safety
  • Support the implementation of social impact and community projects
  • Assist in planning and driving growth initiatives
  • Maintain and develop community-based programmes
  • Supervise team activities and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Track and report on project progress and performance
  • Resolve issues effectively to minimise operational impact
  • Liaise with stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting records
  • Develop and implement procedures and service level commitments (SLCs)
  • Align community initiatives with CSI strategies
  • Drive recreation and hospitality-related initiatives

 Minimum Requirements

Education:

  • 3–4-year relevant university degree

Experience:

  • Minimum 6+ years relevant experience
