Entry-Level Electrical Job at Sasol
Sasol is hiring a Maintenance Operator Grade 2 (Electrical) to support electrical systems and equipment at Secunda Operations.
This is a great opportunity for candidates with basic electrical qualifications + 1 year experience to grow within a leading energy company.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain and operate electrical systems and equipment
- Perform plant inspections and basic repairs
- Identify faults and troubleshoot issues
- Collect and record field data accurately
- Participate in safety meetings and toolbox talks
- Support continuous improvement and plant reliability
Key Responsibilities
- Follow safety standards and procedures at all times
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA)
- Provide feedback on work progress to supervisors
- Maintain housekeeping and waste management standards
- Attend training to improve technical skills
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / N3 (Maths, Science, English)
- CHIETA NQF Level 2 (Electrical)
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience
- Valid Driver’s License
