Job Overview
@home is looking for energetic and stylish Sales Associates who are passionate about home décor, customer experience, and retail sales.
This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy helping customers create beautiful living spaces while delivering exceptional in-store experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador and create a welcoming store environment
- Assist customers in selecting homeware and décor products
- Drive sales and exceed performance targets
- Maintain store presentation and stock levels
- Track personal sales performance and identify growth opportunities
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer queries
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications
- Matric (Grade 12)
Experience
- Previous retail sales experience
- Hospitality experience (advantageous)
