Reports To: Financial Manager

 Job Purpose

To perform clerical, filing, and data capturing tasks for accounting records, ensuring accurate financial reporting and smooth daily/month-end processes.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Capture and manage accounting data
  • Review invoices and billing for accuracy
  • Reconcile accounts and report discrepancies
  • Load driver toll fees and trip-related payments
  • Capture insurance information
  • Distribute financial reports
  • Assist with general admin and office duties
  • Provide standby support for drivers (after hours/weekends)

 Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • 3 years experience in a clerical/accounting role
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Good verbal communication

  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • High attention to detail
  • Professionalism & confidentiality
  • Strong work ethic
  • Pastel Accounting (advantage)
