 Job Purpose

To lead and manage cybersecurity and ICT infrastructure, ensuring risks are identified, mitigated, and controlled through systems management, asset protection, and digital transformation initiatives within a healthcare environment.

 Key Responsibilities

 Cybersecurity & Risk Management

✔ Manage cybersecurity incidents and response strategies
✔ Identify and mitigate risks across infrastructure systems
✔ Ensure compliance with IT security and risk frameworks
✔ Maintain firmware and proactively manage vulnerabilities

 Infrastructure & Systems Management

✔ Oversee ICT infrastructure, networks, and connected systems
✔ Manage asset registers and lifecycle (hardware & software)
✔ Implement SCADA systems and building management solutions
✔ Ensure system upgrades, patching, and performance

 Healthcare Technology Integration

✔ Manage medical devices connected to IT systems
✔ Ensure proper interfacing and functionality of equipment
✔ Oversee information management of medical devices

 Leadership & Stakeholder Management

✔ Coordinate internal and external technical teams
✔ Manage stakeholder relationships and service delivery
✔ Lead digitalisation initiatives across infrastructure
✔ Oversee small team operations and development

 Minimum Requirements

✔ 3-year Diploma/Degree in Electronic Engineering
✔ 5+ years experience in hospital IT/Infrastructure environment
✔ Management experience

 Advantageous Experience

✔ Medical equipment & device integration
✔ Network systems and device interfacing
✔ Building Management Systems (BMS)
✔ Energy efficiency systems
✔ Team leadership (3+ years preferred)

 Key Skills & Knowledge

✔ IT Infrastructure & Network Security
✔ SCADA & BMS systems
✔ Risk analysis & incident response
✔ Project & asset management (SAP PM knowledge beneficial)
✔ Financial planning & budgeting
✔ Strong understanding of healthcare technology systems
