Job Purpose
To monitor operations, coordinate logistics, and ensure efficient communication between teams, clients, and control systems, while maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Monitoring
✔ Monitor routes and ensure on-time departures and deliveries
✔ Track route compliance and report deviations
✔ Update systems with real-time operational data
✔ Communicate ETA updates to clients
Communication & Coordination
✔ Keep clients informed via phone/email
✔ Liaise with Team Controller: Logistics
✔ Maintain call logs and accurate records
✔ Follow radio communication procedures
Risk & Incident Management
✔ Report incidents to management immediately
✔ Maintain panic activation records
✔ Work with Risk Department on investigations
✔ Follow business continuity plans
Performance & Compliance
✔ Ensure SLA targets are met
✔ Monitor turnaround times and suggest improvements
✔ Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards
✔ Support ESG and quality management processes
Culture & Change Management
✔ Promote company values and teamwork
✔ Support implementation of new processes
✔ Assist in training, workshops, and communication
Minimum Requirements
✔ Grade 12 (Matric)
✔ 2 years Control Room experience
✔ Call centre experience (advantageous)
✔ PSIRA Grade C Certification
✔ Computer literate
