bout the Role

This role focuses on providing efficient administrative and office support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and office support
  • Manage appointments, calendars, and scheduling
  • Organise and attend meetings, including minute taking
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation
  • Arrange meetings, conferences, and events
  • Prepare and type documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Maintain filing systems (electronic and hard copy)
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and mail
  • Manage office supplies and stationery stock
  • Capture and maintain accurate data and records
  • Assist with invoicing and expenditure tracking
  • Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and direct communications
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with office procedures and service level agreements

Minimum Requirements

Education

  • High School Diploma / Matric (or equivalent)

Experience

  • Minimum 1+ year relevant experience

Licenses

  • Valid Driver’s License
