bout the Role
This role focuses on providing efficient administrative and office support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and office support
- Manage appointments, calendars, and scheduling
- Organise and attend meetings, including minute taking
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation
- Arrange meetings, conferences, and events
- Prepare and type documents, reports, and correspondence
- Maintain filing systems (electronic and hard copy)
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and mail
- Manage office supplies and stationery stock
- Capture and maintain accurate data and records
- Assist with invoicing and expenditure tracking
- Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and direct communications
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with office procedures and service level agreements
Minimum Requirements
Education
- High School Diploma / Matric (or equivalent)
Experience
- Minimum 1+ year relevant experience
