Purpose of the Role
To coordinate and direct maintenance and repair services within a production line, including control panel management and advanced troubleshooting to ensure efficient plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide feedback to supervisors on work progress
- Participate in risk assessments and safety compliance
- Maintain housekeeping and waste disposal standards
- Operate independently and within a team
- Monitor business performance, KPIs, and production processes
- Participate in shift handovers and toolbox talks
- Conduct on-the-job coaching and training support
- Perform inspections to maintain plant sustainability
- Respond effectively during emergency situations
- Collaborate with different teams and departments
Minimum Requirements
Education:
- Grade 12 / N3 with:
- Mathematics
- Physical Science
- English
- NQF Level 4 / 5
Experience:
- Minimum 4+ years relevant experience
Other Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License
