Fidelity Services Group is looking for a Branch Administrator to support payroll, HR administration, and operations within their Cash Solutions division.

This is a high-responsibility admin role ideal for candidates with experience in payroll systems, staff coordination, and compliance.

 Job Purpose

To provide accurate, efficient, and professional administrative support across payroll and operational functions, ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

 Key Responsibilities

 Payroll Administration

  • Process employee hours, overtime, and leave
  • Approve duty rosters, timebooks, and reports
  • Handle payroll discrepancies and queries
  • Update systems (BPSI, Nimbus, NBC)

 Employee Administration

  • Manage staff onboarding, transfers, and terminations
  • Maintain employee records and organograms
  • Handle PSIRA compliance documentation
  • Process UIF submissions and IOD reports

 Operational Support

  • Assist with staff scheduling and planning
  • Prepare weekly reports (attendance, fines, etc.)
  • Capture and process operational data
  • Communicate staff-related updates

 Procurement & Assets

  • Manage orders (stationery, consumables)
  • Assist with asset tracking and Capex requests

 Systems Used

  • NBC
  • HR Manage
  • E-Services
  • Nimbus / TT
  • BPSI

 Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Diploma/Certificate in Admin, HR, or Payroll (advantage)
  • 2–3 years admin experience (payroll/operations preferred)
