 Overview

Fidelity Cash Solutions is seeking a highly organized Administrator to support Payroll and Operations teams. This role focuses on maintaining accurate employee records, processing payroll information, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

 Role Purpose

To provide efficient and professional administrative support across payroll, HR, and operational functions while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

 Key Responsibilities

 Payroll Administration

  • Process employee hours, overtime, leave, and payroll corrections
  • Perform daily approvals (rosters, overtime, attendance records)
  • Ensure accurate submission of time books and reports
  • Handle payroll queries and discrepancies
  • Update payroll systems (leave, bonuses, etc.)

 Employee Administration

  • Manage new hires, transfers, and terminations
  • Maintain employee records, staff lists, and organograms
  • Ensure compliance with PSIRA registration requirements
  • Process UIF documentation and submissions
  • Handle Injury on Duty (IOD) reporting

 Operational Support

  • Assist with staff scheduling and planning
  • Prepare weekly operational reports (attendance, fines, etc.)
  • Capture manual orders and process transfers
  • Communicate operational updates effectively

 Procurement & Assets

  • Manage orders for stationery, cleaning supplies, and consumables
  • Assist with asset tracking and capital expenditure requests

 Systems Used

  • NBC
  • HR Manage
  • E-Services
  • Nimbus / TT
  • BPSI

 Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric) (essential)
  • Certificate/Diploma in Administration, HR, or Payroll (advantageous)

 Experience

  • Minimum 2–3 years’ administrative experience
  • Experience in payroll or operational environments (preferred)
  • Knowledge of payroll systems and HR processes
