 Accounts Payable Clerk – Johannesburg

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Clerk / Admin Coordinator to join a dynamic team in Johannesburg. This role is ideal for someone with strong financial administration skills and a solid background in creditors and reconciliations.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Process and capture creditors’ invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Verify, audit, and reconcile supplier invoices
  • Prepare payments and ensure timely processing
  • Perform detailed reconciliations of accounts
  • Maintain the fixed asset register
  • Ensure all auditor requirements and deliverables are met
  • Support financial control processes and reporting
  • Assist with general administrative and office procedures

 Minimum Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12) with Mathematics and English
  • Bookkeeping qualification or studying towards an Accounting qualification
  • 3–5 years’ experience handling the full creditors/accounts payable function
  • Strong reconciliation and financial accuracy skills
  • Knowledge of ERP accounting systems
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Good understanding of company policies and financial procedures
  • Solid knowledge of creditors’ processes and principles
