The Absa Fellowship Programme is more than just a scholarship – it is a transformative initiative designed to develop future leaders, entrepreneurs, and changemakers.
Aligned with Absa’s vision for financial inclusion and sustainability, the programme equips young talent with the skills, knowledge, and mindset to drive innovation and make a meaningful impact in Africa.
Each year, only 50 high-potential candidates are selected to become part of this prestigious programme.
WHO CAN APPLY?
• South African youth aged 18 – 25 years
• Strong academic performance (minimum 65%)
• Prospective first-year university students for 2026
• Must be applying to a public university in South Africa
• Must apply using the student’s own personal details
