About the Programme
Eskom Matla Power Station is offering 11 YES opportunities for unemployed youth to gain valuable administrative and HR-related work experience.
This programme is part of the Youth Employment Service (YES) initiative aimed at addressing youth unemployment in South Africa.
What You’ll Do
- Support administrative and HR functions
- Assist with daily operations
- Gain real work experience in Eskom
Minimum Requirements
- Must be a South African Citizen
- Age: 18 – 34 years
- Grade 12 / Matric
Important Selection Criteria
- Must NOT have worked permanently for more than 1 year
- Must NOT be studying full-time in 2026
- Must NOT have participated in YES before
