 Programme Overview

Applications are open for individuals to join a Packaging Operations Learnership (NQF Level 3) at the Wadeville Plant.

This programme provides practical and theoretical training in manufacturing processes, preparing learners for careers in production and operations.

 What You Will Learn

• Filling and date coding
• Sealing processes
• Packing and unpacking
• Labelling
• First-line maintenance
• Problem-solving techniques
• Health & safety procedures
• Quality control processes
• Asset management

 Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric) with Mathematics OR relevant N qualification
• Strong technical/mechanical interest
• Good communication skills (verbal & written)
• Knowledge of safe working procedures
• Ability to work under pressure

 Advantageous

• Tertiary qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

 Additional Information

• Shortlisted candidates will undergo formal assessments
• Must be willing to work shifts and extended hours
