Position Summary:
Provide specialist application support and consulting services, focusing on IT-OT convergence in engineering applications. This role supports operational technology integration with IT systems, ensuring effective system solutions, monitoring, and user support.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide consultative services to customers

Develop IT-OT information assets, identify gaps

Test solutions and provide system solution training

Provide user support for logged problems and information requests

Monitor production interface job status
Minimum Requirements:

B Degree/B Tech in Engineering, IT, or Systems (NQF 7, 360 credits)

Minimum 5 years’ experience in engineering applications, systems, and electricity utility knowledge
