Main Purpose of the Job
To deliver safe, comprehensive, and high-quality nursing care in accordance with the Scope of Practice and hospital clinical standards, ensuring optimal patient safety and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver quality nursing care in collaboration with a multi-professional team

Identify, prevent, and manage clinical risks

Facilitate a positive patient experience in a supportive environment

Maintain accurate and comprehensive nursing records

Contribute to staff learning and competence development

Ensure accurate charging of utilised stock and equipment
Required Education
Essential:
✔ Degree or Diploma in General Nursing
Desired:
✔ Midwifery qualification
✔ Postgraduate certificate or diploma in relevant specialty area
Required Experience
Essential:
✔ No minimum experience required
Desired:
✔ 1 year post-graduate qualification experience before placement in a specialised unit
