Position Summary
Provide and deliver technical or non-technical training to ensure employees are competent for on-the-job coaching and authorisation. This role supports current and future workforce sustainability through effective training delivery and development practices.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver and facilitate training sessions and workgroups

Conduct training assessments and evaluations

Apply modern training technologies and methodologies

Manage end-to-end training administration

Maintain customer liaison and communication
Minimum Requirements
Technical Qualifications (NQF 6, 240 Credits):
-
National Diploma (Technical), OR
-
National Diploma in Power Plant Process Control Operations (NQF 5/6), OR
-
National N Diploma with Trade Test
Non-Technical Qualifications (NQF 6, 240 Credits):
-
National Diploma in ETDP / Educational Sciences / HR Management
Experience:
-
Technical: 3 years technical training or operating experience
-
Non-Technical: 3 years’ experience in education and training
