WHAT YOU’LL DO
Supervise shift & plant operations
Ensure safety, compliance & risk control
Conduct inspections & manage equipment performance
Lead teams & coordinate daily mining activities
Monitor costs, resources & productivity
Support drilling operations & technical processes
Compile shift & monthly reports
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
BTech / Diploma / Relevant Qualification
Blasting Certificate
Mine Overseer or Mine Manager Certificate of Competency
2+ years relevant experience
