Position Summary:
Lead and manage the Auxiliary Plant Engineering section at Komati Power Station, ensuring engineering priorities align with business objectives, safety standards, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage engineering priorities, systems, and procedures

• Implement long- and short-term objectives

• Ensure compliance with safety, health, environment, and fire requirements

• Advise and guide employees on technical decisions

• Manage employee training, authorisations, and human resources

• Negotiate and manage contracts and section finances

• Oversee project engineering initiatives

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• B Degree / B Tech / Advanced Diploma / National Higher Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (NQF7, 360 credits)

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant engineering experience
