Training Force is inviting unemployed South African youth to apply for structured 12-month learnership programmes designed to combine classroom learning with practical workplace experience.

A learnership allows you to:

There is no cost to apply or participate in this programme.

 What Is a Learnership?

A learnership is a structured programme that includes:

•  Classroom-based theoretical learning

•  Practical on-the-job training

•  Workplace assessments

•  A qualification registered with SAQA (South African Qualifications Authority)

During the 12-month contract period, learners will:

• Be formally employed under a learnership agreement

• Attend work according to host site working hours

• Participate in training sessions

• Complete required assessments

 Who Can Apply?

Learnerships are open to:

• South African youth aged 18–28 years

• Unemployed individuals

• Persons with or without disabilities

• Applicants with Grade 10 to Grade 12

 Learnership Application Criteria

To qualify, you must:

• Be a South African citizen

• Be between 18 and 28 years old

• Be unemployed

• Not studying full-time

• Not currently registered for another learnership or internship

 Documents Required

Applicants must upload clear copies of:

• Updated CV

• Certified copy of ID

• Highest qualification or latest school report

• SARS Tax Reference Letter

• Bank statement or official bank confirmation letter

If applicable:

• Proof of disability (medical memorandum or certificate)

• Previous learnership completion certificate or letter
