Learnership Programme Overview
This Artisan Learnership – Chemical Plant Operator is a structured learning programme that combines:

Institutional/theoretical training

On-the-job practical workplace learning
The programme is designed to equip learners with the technical and operational skills required to operate and support chemical plant processes safely and efficiently.

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have completed a National Senior Certificate (Matric) or equivalent with passes in:
✔ Technical Mathematics or Mathematics
✔ English or Business English
✔ Technical Science or Physical Science

Participate fully in the 36-month learnership programme

Successfully complete all structured learning and assessments
