 Learnership Programme Overview

This Learner Administration Learnership is specifically designed for people living with a disability and offers:

  •  Structured theoretical training aligned to an NQF Learnership

  •  Practical on-site administrative work experience

The programme is suitable for Grade 12 qualified candidates seeking to develop essential professional and business skills while gaining valuable corporate exposure.

 Practical Workplace Experience

During the practical component, learners will:

  • Provide administrative support to managers and departments

 Minimum Requirements

✔ Completed Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
✔ Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (advantageous)
✔ 0–1 year working experience
