 Qualifications

• Completed qualification in Health & Safety
• Must have completed all theoretical training
• No bursary obligations

 Required Documents

• CV (Curriculum Vitae)
• Certified copy of Grade 12 certificate
• Certified qualification / statement of results
• Stamped letter requesting in-service training (if applicable)
• Proof of theory completion from institution
• Certified South African ID
• Proof of residence
