 Position Purpose

The Fuel Attendant is responsible for delivering efficient, safe, and friendly service to customers, including fuel dispensing, transaction handling, and maintaining a clean and safe forecourt.

 Key Responsibilities

• Balance fuel sales at the end of each shift
• Identify and resolve discrepancies
• Provide professional and friendly customer service
• Ensure correct fuel is dispensed
• Process cash and card transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and safe forecourt
• Assist customers with basic vehicle needs
• Follow all safety and operational procedures

 Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / NQF Level 4
• Previous fuel/service station experience (advantageous)
• Clean criminal record
• Strong numerical and cash-handling skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Reliable, honest, and customer-oriented
